A young boy in England got quite the surprise when he was handed a check for a job well done!
The boy’s mom, Laura-Nicole, shared on Facebook how their home needed some electrical work and it was taking weeks to complete the job.
Over the course of six weeks, electricians with Seytons Electrical, based in Hull, visited their home to work.
However, they didn’t end up working alone. Laura-Nicole’s five-year-old son, Theo, was “obsessed with them” and hounded them questions. The young boy followed the electricians around and the mom said in the post, “I laughed that they would be the sick of the sight of us and happy when the work was finished.”
But then she shared something super sweet. In what she described as “quite possibly the sweetest act of kindness I’ve ever seen,” Laura-Nicole shared that when the last electrician came to finish up the job, he surprised Theo with an envelope. Inside the envelope was cash and a pay slip!
It’s nice to see an act of kindness go full circle!
